VOO Flights Drives Forward the Conversation on the Future of a Charter Broker at EBACE 2025
VOO Flights participated in EBACE 2025, held from May 20-22 in Geneva, Switzerland, playing an influential role in shaping dialogues around technological advancements and the evolving dynamics of air charter operations.

This year’s convention marked a pivotal “transition year” for the European business aviation community, emphasizing insightful discussions, strategic networking, and the industry’s collective vision for the future. Solely organized by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) after its long-standing partnership with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) concluded, EBACE 2025 embraced a reimagined format, prioritizing in-depth discussions, enhanced networking, and a greater emphasis on content over a traditional static aircraft display.
Robert Plhak, CEO of VOO Flights, was a panelist in the session on the role of the charter broker at The Air Charter Association (ACA) Forum, hosted on the Innovation & Sustainability Stage. The discussion delved deep into the enduring value and often underestimated complexities of the charter broker’s role in an increasingly digitized world.
VOO Flights showcased its fully automated next-generation B2B platform at EBACE, designed to streamline charter operations. Plhak’s participation in the discussion highlighted how VOO Flights aims to empower brokers with technology, enabling instant access to aircraft availability and pricing, thereby enhancing their advisory role rather than diminishing it.

Beyond the panel, EBACE 2025 provided invaluable opportunities for VOO Flights to engage with key industry stakeholders, meet with our customers and partners, sharing our vision for a more connected and efficient future in business aviation.
