Aircraft and airport prices can be sent to Customer Care at any time as a screenshot or CSV expor, and this data will be entered into the system. When the setup is completed by Customer Care, all settings will be checked and tested together with the customer in a workshop.

In VOO, operator and sales agents have now the option to customize SMS notifications at the company and user level. Likewise, all users (broker, operator, sales agent) can create a general mail address for notifications.

The overview of the deal process and status is a user-friendly update designed to improve the user experience of VOO software. Brokers and operators will now get a better overview of the deal status and enjoy an overview of all available booking actions, which are now always displayed in the folder header. This is a very useful instrument that will help you stay up-to-date on the current deal status.

No need to look through all your emails or check your “spam” folder to find what you need – you will receive an SMS notification from VOO every time you get a new booking request or a new incoming clarification. This way, you won’t miss a single deal or booking request. You can choose this SMS option in addition to the standard email notification.
